What's included:
1. Apartment turn-key repaints up 25 interior units, $85 each after. Add $50 for tub glazing.
2. Apartment pressure cleaning up to 25 exterior buildings, $300 for each building after. Add $250 per building roof cleaning.
3. All Commercial memberships receive 20% off any projects after membership purchase.
4. Restaurant(s) up to 25, $500 each after. Exterior hot water pressure cleaning of the drive-thru, sidewalks, and dumpster area is included.
5. Community association pressure cleaning. All walls or sidewalks are included. Add extra charge for curbs, driveways, and vine or tree removal.
6. Industrial hot/cold pressure cleaning and coatings. Unlimited pressure cleaning of tanks. Add $150 per tank pad cleaning. Lifts not included. Trim tank coatings included up to 5 small tanks, $500 per small tank after. Small tank coatings materials are not included. Membership consists of a reduced rate for larger tanks and piping coatings.
